Onsite Field Technician

Successful Corporation seeks to find a career minded individual to successfully handle customer computer services.  Such individual would be responsible for 4-6 Onsite Service Calls throughout New Jersey and New York daily.  This applicant should have a full line off hardware and software knowledge. Successful candidate will be responsible for complete participation in providing services to all clients. Qualified candidates should be A+ Certified and have 12-18 months of experience with desktop PC hardware and software products and related diagnostic and repair procedures. All candidates need strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, customer service, decision making, analysis, planning and organizing skills. A state issued Driver's License with a clean record over the preceding 36 months will be required. Qualified candidates will maintain business relationships manufacturers, businesses, and clientele. All qualifying applicants should have reliable means of transportation, and be capable of using their vehicle for each service call.


Part Time Sales All candidates must possess strong Sales and Computer Skills.  This position requires a Sales and Customer Service background, consisting of eighteen months or more. A Sales and Service test will be administered as part of the initial interview.  This position will require a three day work week, assuring four consecutive hours a day.  The schedule should not exceed thirty hours per work week. Such qualified individual will be responsible for Communications with Major Corporations, Manufacturers, Local and Regional Businesses, and Clientele. Marketing and Sales Promotion Distribution. Complete and Maintain daily sales documents. Maintain a healthy and workable filing system. Communicate Client Concerns and needs with management. Maintain business relationships with high level, legal executives and manufacturers.
